      Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Big law salaries, if you are willing to work yourself into oblivion in pursuit of constantly moving hours and bonus targets.

      Cons

      Toxic and deeply dysfunctional place, even for big law. Bonuses are inconsistent with hours worked and heavily influenced by favoritism.

      Pros

      The “lower level” employees are all so incredibly nice, always willing to help newer employees and seem to have no problems going out of their way for someone.

      Cons

      I unfortunately agree with many of the other reviews- there seems to be a huge discrepancy between how certain levels of employees are treated. And not in a good way.

      The current office location is great. Very conveniently located. Beautiful rooftop dining. Decent benefits, although it would be nice to offer a transportation subsidy.

      Cons

      In the most recent months, secretaries are being treated disrepectfully and being micromanaged by administrative supervisors. Lack of trust.
