Some workers can be scrupulous. Some pick favorites

Defined Contribution plan, vested cliff scheduling, meaning you have to work here for 5 years for full contributions to be given to you, 2 years for 20%, 3 for 40%, etc. My employer before this one had the 401(k) which meant I could roll over all that I earned after 1 year. Meanwhile they give the lawyers huge bonuses, but you'll work yourself to death so there is a downside to that too. Traditional (sexist) themed pig with lipstick, spouts lots of liberal agendas and throws money around for positive publicity but many are hard right, fake people. Oh, and one of the biggest anti-union, labor busting law firms in the United States - I guess it all comes together at the end.
