Great colleagues, excellent supervisor-level folks, and some good partners.
Cons
Staff is viewed as highly dispensable and trash. Everyone at the admin level gets a flat “holiday gift” of $250 - not even a real bonus for a firm that boasts of profits in the billions. It’s a joke. Also, raises don’t keep up with inflation at its low points. If you want to live life comfortably, Morgan Lewis isn’t the place for you. Mona (CMO) is also an out-of-touch former partner who has no idea how ordinary plebeians live.
