Terrific leadership that truly cares about employees. Opportunities to advance. Strong mentorship programs for young attorneys.

Cons

Like with any major law firm, hours for attorneys could be long and work on weekends I may be required. But that to be expected.

You work with world class attorneys. The support you receive is also top notch. The firm provides many trainings on different areas of the law in order to keep you abreast of your practice area.

Cons

The hours are long, but throat just comes with the big law territory. There is also a lot of separation between practice groups
