I appreciate that the company reaches out to the community to help serve, whether it be fundraisers or hosting blood drives. The benefits and pay are competitive. If you have questions, someone is always willing to help. Leadership wants to help develop you in your career path.

Cons

It's just like any other factory environment. The grass isn't always greener on the other side, it's just different grass. Longer hours and weekends.
