Morgan Olson recognizes that all employees would prefer to earn more money. We have available to us and use market data to ensure that our pay and benefits remain competitive to other like employers in the region. The data suggests that our top out pay is competitive. We know sometimes others will pay more for a job or an individual. The same applies here as we often hire individuals who were previously working elsewhere as they seek to improve their pay.

Morgan Olson does not tolerate the threatening of employees. We have an open door policy where we will listen to our employees and address their issues. Additionally, it is not unusual for very senior management, including our CEO to be available in the building and on the manufacturing floor to informally communicate with employees and to listen to any concerns they raise. The simple truth is that we spend more time awake around the people we work with then we do with our own families (this is true for all full-time employees anywhere). Therefore, creating an environment of respect and trust is important to us.
