Pros

There are few, the start salary was good. Although the department manager was narcissistic and very misleading. They will use a person to accomplish much and then dump them like a rock once the tasks are complete. Benefits are reasonably good, although they are just used to lure you in and they do not value good performers.

Cons

No commitment to good workers, there seems to be a fear in upper management of being replaced. Vague and inadequate job expectations are given. Team members are just a number on the wall to be replaced at any whim. Worst manager I've had in 35 years of working history. The career opportunities are bogus and they use the old carrot before the donkey method.

Most of the employees are hard working, and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Overall consistency and employee training is an absolute joke. They expect people to finish jobs in times that are physically impossible, then yell and complain about them when they're efficiency isn't high enough. Personally witnessed managers lying to their own employees, and the people they report to, so they look good and won't be blamed for problems they themselves created. Many employees are overworked and not compensated enough for basically having to live at the company. Favoritism is rampant among many of the long term employees and other brown-nosers that makes them basically untouchable, even if they do a bad job, or half the work of other employees.
