- good experience to hedge fund industry - deep dive exposure to hedge fund strategies - relatively positive work-life balance - office culture is relaxed

Cons

- promotions and comp are entirely discretionary and run by senior management - how they view you socially greatly impacts the pace of your career growth - senior management tends to make decisions unilaterally and does not always share exclusive information with juniors - not a great place to build personal branding as a junior
