Pros

You will work with talented people, with efficient processes and have internal mobility options. It's a great place to start your career as you will learn a lot and it also looks good on your CV. Good benefits and volunteering opportunities.

Cons

There is an aggressive policy to cut costs, with a lot of outsourcing projects. I have seen two salary freezes in 4 years. Knowing the right people is key to your career development. The atmosphere is quite competitive and expect to regularly eat your lunch at your desk (and get bad looks if you are away for more than 30 mins from your desk during lunch time.)

Pros

Great employers, ready to help and praise good work. Challenging but not dull work. Gives out internships to local high school students and located close to the high school.

Cons

Minimum wage salary since I was an intern, which also means no benefits. Not really anywhere to move up since internships only lasted a year.

Snobbish. MS should take more social responsibility.
