There is little balance of work/home life, at least at the branch level I worked in. There was a policy of no overtime, however some employees were rewarded for working extra time regularly on weeknights and weekends. The rewards came in the form of additional offsite training. When asked about what the qualifications were for getting this additional training there were no answers given. There is a difference in workstyle and dedication to work with coming in early and staying late to finish a project occassionally and a continual pattern of working 60 hour weeks of which you were only paid for 40 hours.

not an enjoyable or scoail place to work, if you like a bit of banter or a few beers after works with collegues, this is not the place for you
