Pros
It's a leading company in the Financial industry. pays people well. As a previous trainee, the training program is great, though we are not going to New York and Tokyo.
Cons
Work Life Balance will not be so great. Hongkong counterpart and collegues get so much more pay than our Shanghai department, although Shanghai guys also work hard. Well, there are some lateral hires in Shanghai are not working so hard, always coming late, but I think it's kinda culture in China's IT company. And the air conditioning in the Bund Center is not so good making people want to sleep
