      - Some coworkers around you are awesome and talanted. World class! - Technology is state of the art. What you take forgranted at Morgan Stanley is not even visualised in many organisations outside MS. - Really global workforce. You get to work with people from all over the planet. - Very good vacation policies. Comparable to the best in market.

      Cons

      - Lots of cost cutting - Degrading quality of work in India. - Salary raises are more often than not a letdown. Decent bonus rarely to be seen. - lack of many ameneties like a sufficiently large cafeteria, gym, breakout areas, etc
