Pros
Great team members. Intentional innovation efforts make the work enjoyable. The Morgan's are genuinely good people. Overall, it's a nice "feather-in-the-cap" resume builder company.
Cons
Fragmented IT and Technology organizations that are constantly attempting to undercut each other. There was some decent cross-team collaboration, but fragile relationships - at best. No room for professional growth within product. Toxic management that actively resists core product functions. Lots of talk about wanting to good by their people, even to the point of soliciting feedback via surveys. I believe there are some bodies in leadership that want to make a positive impact, internal politics usually prohibit any meaningful change. Willfully and intentionally paying well under market value for positions across the board.
