Pros

I think most employees at Morningstar would agree that the some of the best reasons to work here are the People, Culture, Benefits, and the growth of knowledge one receives from the company.

Cons

Morningstar is a big company so it can be tough to move up the ladder and advance your career/ move forward.

Pros

The people: Morningstar employees are friendly, intelligent, and passionate about the company. They are open to hiring new grads from a variey of majors, so the mix of people is varied, and you can learn about investing no matter what you studied in college, as long as you demonstrate ability, and a strong interest in investing. The benefits are great, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth as long as you take some initiative.

Cons

Low pay, people think that you work at the vegetarian food company.
