Pros

Morningstar continues to grow, innovate and make progress in all areas of the company. Transparency has been their goal, and employees are kept up to date on company trends, wins, failure and future goals to allow all to succeed.

Cons

The RTO push is coming not without feedback from employees. Morningstar being a good progressive company, is trying to play like a Fortune 50 company with an old-school culture. During the pandemic, the company continued to be successful with WFH options, and a continued WFH culture in the past yrs. We're not producing "tape-recorders" that need "boots on the ground" employees. We are an information driven company, that can easily contribute and collaborate from remote. There are some departments that may need face to face, but most do not.
