--Good Support Group --Excellent training team --Good resume-building opportunities

Cons

--Not for those looking for good work/life balance. Mainly due to travel requirements. Avoid if you have kids --Salary is not up to par with amount of work required

Pros

The team I worked with, on an everyday basis, was one of the best collaborative effort I have ever had professionally.

Cons

When Management above our team got involved it was always sketchy. We would find out about things last minute, when we asked questions or raised issues about problems we were ignored. Minimal training, example: when we began doing biometric work we were just thrown into it. We were never trained, we were never given anyone to go to as a reference, it was trial by fire.... And the customer got the short end of the stick. Anytime anyone outside of our team got involved in our work flow it ended up becoming a hot mess that we had to figure out. Our utilization was low, and we had numerous ideas of how we could be better utilized, but no one would listen to us. It was a shame, really.

Pros

High tech leading edge technologies. Bio-metrics and identity are in the forefront and will stay there for a while. great benefits as of when I left.

Cons

Too much change behind closed doors. communication is spares and misleading. With the acquisition, everything is changing and they are going to an even more dollars and cents company at the cost of possibly tier customers
