Pros

Most coworkers are good people. Morale is low though. No one actually sits and does the training. You can make good friends while complaining about how bad the management is. You might get to learn how to drive manual, and you get to see lots of new and old vehicles.

Cons

Management and corporate need work. Upper / corporate management do not ask the "regular workers" how they're doing. For real. Like "Sit down, without fear of retaliation, tell me how things are going." As long as the money is coming in, the GM is left to run wild. At least at our store. There needs to be more communication with employees. Yearly performance reviews should take place face to face, not over an online quiz. The fear of retaliation is huge- most people complain about issues amongst themselves but are too scared to bring the issues to management. They promote from within but the GM does not know how promotions work. Managers need "how to manage humans" training. You better be willing to use your own phone all the time, they won't provide you with a company phone. Salespeople don't actually do the training they're supposed to do, they just leave the video running on the computer and then go do something else. Safety takes a back seat here. Service was good and had a good team going. The pay is bad for the amount of work required. Getting a raise or promotion is like pulling teeth.

Pros

Good people, better pay compared to Walser, solid work

Cons

Shops are sometimes outdated, management is more concerned with buying new stores than maintaining current
