No reward for hard work or loyalty and no accountability for poor work in every other department. Constant chaos and disorganization. Pay plan changed 3 times in 2 years without warning, each time in favor of management and corporate profits. All of which currently violate parts of Michigan labor laws. Shady. No sense of security. My vacation pay was withheld for over a year. Corporate is always right and everyone is replaceable attitude. CEO encourages sales people not to think outside the box

It’s hard to complain about making a sale, but managers would regularly book me for appointments with customers on my day off, so I never got a break. Like all auto sales jobs, you have to work on Saturday, and the hours can be long when you make deals late in the day. On busy days, the finance department would also be overwhelmed and we’d all end up waiting until 9 or 10 pm for all our customers to get out the door.
