      Management was disorganized and severely unprofessional. They care more about saving money than providing a safe or positive work environment.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive for food service in the area. Morrison provides a wide range of shift hours.

      Cons

      The workload is constantly increasing with only an insulting 2% raise year over year. Management is incompetent. The company suffers from poor communication.

      - Will not provide a steady schedule. - Dishonest about hiring policy. - Does not honor time-off requests. - Constantly short staffed.
