Benefits were good; PTO plan had changed just as I was leaving, but I assume with a good manager flex time off would be honored as needed. Pay was decent for first starting out. Resources were available, trainings and CEUs available for free. Variety of experiences: ICU, Med Surg, In-Patient Psych, Outpatient, tabling events

Cons

Management was run by Food Service Director with no clinical experience- wanted dietitians more involved in the kitchen when clinical workload was already full. Clinical manager had 2 buildings and the other building had higher volume, needed more help. Wasn't always available.
