Not much in the way of creative outlets. Redundant policies and procedures that create many levels is bureaucracy.

Do not want to raise my pay but will hire a friend and pay them more money. Also been doing a lead cook job for a year and the Director refuse to change my pay grade. Was told by upper management that will not get more pay unless I transfer. Never put up new job postings
