      Pros

      The training at Morrison is pretty good. They have meetings, classes, online classes, webinars and conference calls to keep you up to speed with training needs.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about middle managers that are running the accounts, working long hours and dealing with the issues at the account level.

      You can go from hourly to management if your really work hard and show up to work.

      Cons

      Slow movement once you become management and hard to switch sites if you don't get along with upper management.

      Enjoyed working with the patients and had flexible hours; management listened to my suggestions ; no degree or anything needed to work there; pay a small fee to receive a free meal a day while at work

      Cons

      low wage for a lot of work; high turnover rate so I had to cover a lot of shifts; other works are lazy; have to wash dishes and pots as well as go upstairs to take orders
