When I started I had one of the best Management teams I have ever worked for, then they got promoted to directors. In came the worse egotistical, rude man I have ever met. He wouldnt even acknowledge you when he came into work. His assistant knows nothing about diets, or patient care. They treat hard working employees like crap and promote only those willing to kiss up and do as they say without questions. Making people supervisors that dont know diets is a mistake but who cares if they say "yes" to everything management says.

The client comes first. Senior management does not care about their employees it's all about the client. Even if the things the client says are not true, dust off that resume. Senior management want to keep a contract. Once you're gone don't expect to transfer, you've been black balled throughout the entire company. Although you have sacrificed your family time, health and well being for the company you get treated like trash once you train your replacement.
