      Good hours, Flexible hours, decent benefits, focus on healthy fresh food

      Cons

      Leadership is non existent unless their is a problem, Lack of recourses to fix issues with employees. HR is a joke when dealing with problem employees they make it next to impossible to reprimand anyone. Your not allowed much creativity it's pretty much a "stepford wives" production.

      This company does a good job of training and providing support.

      Cons

      Morrison is about 10 years behind the current understanding of Healthcare and staff. They bring in managers and directors who have no experience in healthcare. This lack of experience has a negative effect on patients, visitors and staff. Their focus is on cafeterias and not on patients. Decisions are made that are not compatible with Healthcare, and so the patients are the ultimate losers. They tout their staff retention at 75% which in truth is a deplorable number. Losing 1/4 of your workforce every year has a negative impact on the business and employees.
