      -Generous compensation for traveling staff -Product generally of high quality -Fairly flat organization, considering its size and breadth -Good IT systems, especially for a construction company

      Cons

      -Immature business and communication practices on job sites -Sink-or-swim mentality; aimless hustling is rewarded -Little concern for employee training or development -Managers lack managerial skills; promotions seemingly based on years-of-service -Very long hours at times (70+ per week)

      Pros

      Lots of rhetoric about how important you are. Advice - do not believe it. They will work you to the bone.

      Cons

      Management will always nitpick - no matter what. This is done sometimes to minimize your bonus potential in order to give better pay and benefits to the favorite children of the group. Minneapolis might be the worst when it comes to cliquish awful work environments. Denver - a close second.
