      Pros

      Company was great. They were always concerned about our safety and our well being. Pay was good especially since they were my first job($15/hr).

      Cons

      I was told we would get raises after 3 months never got it but either way $15 per hour isn't something to sneeze at.

      Construction requires varied commitments and the work life balance is constantly changing. Depending on project location commutes can be less than favorable
