Honest leadership, family atmosphere, company is very community oriented.

Cons

Business services departments a bit underfunded and understaffed in my opinion but this may be a common situation in construction industry.

Stable company; great benefits; convenient metro location

Cons

Certain departments have strict core hours, with NO flexibility. Also restrictions on how and when you can use PTO. If you value your work/life balance, be sure you have clear expectations on hours and PTO up front and factor this in your decision as to whether or not you want to work here. Mortenson is not in the current millennium in regards to work/life balance.
