Pros

Mortenson has great benefits (in comparison to the rest of the construction industry). It is a company with good values. I enjoy most of the people I work with and the team aspect of the company is great. The jobs that the company is able to win keeps the work diverse and interesting.

Cons

Avoid overloading yourself. It's good to work hard and it won't go unrecognized - but Mortenson can sometimes pile it on until you're at a breaking point.
