Everyone is generally very friendly and pleasant to work with. Coworkers genuinely care about one another. There is a strong emphasis on a family-like culture and inclusivity.

Cons

Long hours. Expect to work nights, weekends, and holidays. It seems assumed that any PTO taken will have to be worked back
