Understaffed, everybody is too busy causing our customers to suffer Many employees can't multitask leading to a huge build up of work Horrible attention to detail, our bills are very disorganized Not many learning opportunities, the jobs dont challenge you and become repetitive quickly People are range from friendly to surly but most are not very friendly Not many promotions available, pay is frozen for 2014.

Pros

Nice downtown area. Plenty of places to visit on your lunchtime. Plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food choices.

Cons

Change can be good if handled properly. Unfortunately, this company did not handle change very well. Employees are not excited to go to work anymore - uneasy feeling about if and when they will be next on the layoff list.
