Bottom line focused. 2021 cut 40% of workforce, Then, 10% left due to remaining culture. 2024 - Moving Corp Office from Chicago to Kansas and laying off many people w/great experience that do not want to relocate instead of offering remote work.

Forced overtime sometimes 7 days a week and could get forced for several weeks without a day off. Supervisor harass you and are very disrespectful. They are not family friendly at all. You are just a body.
