The pay was good although I was paid less than all my other colleagues and the benefits were great

Cons

People are afraid to speak on discrimination and sexual harassment as you then get a target on your back for termination.

Pros

A small handful of quality employees remain but most have left for greener pastures.

Cons

CEO refuses to listen to and value employees and is determined to cut benefits. Already low comp/benefits for the Chicago market, they will continue to bleed high performers as they cut benefits and lack flexibility. Management focused on trivial things like "face time" in the office which is completely outdated post-pandemic. Most of the leadership team is not based in Chicago but they insist on 3 days downtown for all employees with no exceptions. Outdated technology with significantly reduced IT support. Open a ticket? You might get a response 2 weeks later if at all.
