Pros

Pay is good. There are many opportunities if you’re willing to work hard. People are nice.

Cons

High-deductible health plan can be difficult on cash-flow. Every department seems to be under staffed, abs stretched. IT systems are not that great. Going through a sale, so it’s not clear what organization will look like in a few years.

Lacks good leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible schedules, pay is good.

Cons

Lacks good leadership. Many managers do not have the experience or credentials to lead a team. Too much favoritism which leads to promotion of friends, which leads to inadequate leadership. No accountability of managament when goals are not met. They just blame the employee. Managers and Executive promote collobrative and idea sharing work environment, however it is all talk. This company needs an overhaul and major change in Management and leadership where there is more diversity and inclusion. Managers need more training in leadership. There is a fundamental difference between the two.
