For that reason, we’ve made training and development a top priority. As you noted, Morton recently launched a new training program targeting managers/supervisors of people. We also have new tools such as individual development plans to help foster an environment where employees can thrive and grow within the organization. We encourage all employees to take advantage of the training and tools available to them and to have open, honest conversations with their managers about their career goals that could help foster opportunities for advancement.
