The work environment is physically demanding, with absolutely no concern for safety protocols or proper staffing. When equipment fails, you're expected to fix it immediately without the proper tools or time. Supervisors act like every breakdown is your fault, even when the issues are due to years of neglect. It's mentally exhausting to work under constant scrutiny with no recognition for your efforts.

-The company parades fake positivity while the real culture is toxic and demoralizing. -Upper management is cold, arrogant, and completely disconnected from the people doing the real work. -Junior employees are treated like they don't matter, constant dismissed and pushed aside. -Recognition is a joke - only the favorites get praised, while everyone else is ignored, no matter how much they give. -The workplace is buried in politics, power games, and phony smiles. _ the environment drains your spirit, and crushes your motivation, and makes you question why you ever joined in the first place. If you value your sanity and self-respect, stay far away. Working here left me with nothing but regret and frustration.
