Lots of overtime to work .

Cons

Make up rules when they benefit the company , keep morons in charge and run multimillion dollar equipment to the ground without doing preventative maintenance. Management does not listen to the people who have been there.

Fellow co-workers were all good to work with

Cons

Not the best Medical insurance, all about the Shareholders now. HR deceived me about my duties. Told me what shift I was going to be on, which turned out to be untrue. Deceived me about having to work Holidays and hide the fact the position required On-Call Cell phone duties.

Cons

Challenges with manufacturing salt can cause controlled chaos at times when plants do not function to capacity. Customers frustrated with service levels.
