Great company and owners who care about you and the work you do! I was able to be finished with work between 12-2pm depending on the weather. Small team so you're able to get the help you need, and training managers show you everything you need to know.

Cons

Have to get use to the job, the heat in the summer, and carrying the backpack blower; took me about a month and after that it became second nature.
