      Pros

      The company is filled with great, hard working people. The company culture is great and it's a fun place to work. Being a small company, employees have the potential to make a great impact and there are good opportunities for growth and expanding skill sets. The company leadership is strong and one you can be proud working for.

      Cons

      It's still a young and growing company overall so if you're looking for the formal corporate environment of a well-established business and are not comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity that comes with growth, it's probably not the ideal environment for you.

      Pros

      VERY flexible schedule. Working with George, the owner, was fantastic. He's a fun loving guy, but is definitely all about excellent customer service, excellent work environment, and he has a desire to do whatever it takes to have happy employees.

      Cons

      Working with pesticides. (It's not an issue if you use the personal protective gear properly).

      Pros

      Minimal supervision; easy to learn and be trained. Meet the customer when they are at their residence or just spray the house and property. Update a tablet when job is complete.

      Cons

      The job will and mid-October and should start again in April. Seasonal employment only.
