      Pros

      VERY flexible schedule. Working with George, the owner, was fantastic. He's a fun loving guy, but is definitely all about excellent customer service, excellent work environment, and he has a desire to do whatever it takes to have happy employees.

      Cons

      Working with pesticides. (It's not an issue if you use the personal protective gear properly).

      Pros

      Minimal supervision; easy to learn and be trained. Meet the customer when they are at their residence or just spray the house and property. Update a tablet when job is complete.

      Cons

      The job will and mid-October and should start again in April. Seasonal employment only.

      Pros

      A lot of responsibility as an intern, was thrown into the mix as soon as I started. You will definitely learn how operations work and get first hand experience as soon as you start.

      Cons

      The fact that they franchise most of the business limits the reach of headquarters. Not your typical corporate setting, if you are looking for that kind of environment go somewhere else.
