      The pay is terrible and so is the stress.

      No benefits, no raise, no moving up, unreliable owner, belittled, thrown to the wolves.

      Got to learn how to use data entry systems.

      Cons

      The boss was so unorganized and was very last minute about everything. Because he was so unorganized I would always get call complaints from customers as to why their lawn has not been sprayed yet. He was consistently not dealing with the problem. He also does not act professionally. When I first started the job, I was not given a W2 form until I asked about wages.

      Pros

      Easy work, can finish the work day early relatively often if you are efficient.

      Cons

      Pesticides. Will cause burning and tingly sensation when it contacts skin. Had a lot of trouble with it being blown into my face by the wind, even with a respirator and goggles, it still would cause chemical burns. Cyzmic seems to be the main culprit.
