Pros

Coworkers and associates are all mostly personable and great to work with Building has its own cafeteria and snack store Offers livable wages across every department Provides great networking opportunities Great place to get your foot in the door across almost every career field

Cons

Does not try hard enough to retain the incumbent talent Overlooks internal candidates for underqualified external applicants Talks of diversity, but rarely hires and/or promotes non-white employees Not open to remote roles for many departments outside of IT Work across departments is made difficult due to management not training staff properly or employees just being generally underqualified The work environment is governed by the middle aged demographic This is not a place for young people to stay unless you are a kiss-up

Pros

decent pay compared to direct competitors, easy to use computer system

Cons

insanely fast paced, very monotonous, unfulfilling work, inside staff are judged according to quantity of quotes and orders entered, not quality. Inadequate staff for volume of business at some locations, which affects quality of work since everyone is extremely overloaded and stressed. Job is extremely high stress and management is very hard to deal with and talk to. New employees (especially from competitors) will be promised a better work environment than where they came from and more flexibility, both of which are lies. bottom line: the minimally higher pay is NOT worth the workload and stress. Worst job I have ever had. You are nothing but a number and a cog in a machine; easily replaceable and not valued.

Pros

I can't think of any pros besides the benefits they provide.

Cons

Management is very disrespectful. They are demeaning when speaking to anyone who works for them. I can't believe anyone would work at this branch with how they are treated.
