* The team was very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. * Lots of learning and development opportunities.

Cons

* Pay was below average. * Career pathways or promotions were only into management and only if someone else left or moved elsewhere first. * Corporate Level Management often got in the way and caused a lot of red tape to work through.
