      Pros

      Training is very well done and you really understand the tech stack Talent Services is awesome! Great teams and they really support you Just added 401k match Benefits are reasonably priced

      Cons

      Motion as a whole has a very toxic culture - it is very much like a frat house Upper management is aware there such a toxic culture but does not seem to do much about it Do not work here if you are sober!! Low pay - they do not convert you to full time status unless you are a lead+ Almost no diversity in the office it seems like Really pushing return to office even though they say it is "remote friendly"
