      You get to work with some interesting people.

      Cons

      Managers who don't want to give you any autonomy within accounts. Maybe letting your employees do their job instead of butting into everything would help. Preach upward mobility but only if you're in the "inner circle".

      honestly, can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      management will fire you if you don't meet up to their (unstated) standards. I only worked there for a couple months and saw several people quit or get fired. The turn over ratio is crazy. Also, they have a toxic work culture and very shameful for not meeting standards, not in a productive way.
