      Pros

      An innovative, driven, ambitious, place where you can sink your teeth in and go far. Lots of training, great coworkers, and support from upper management. This is a great spot for someone in their first couple of years out of school who want to learn business acumen, be part of a team and enjoy socializing. This is a good work hard, play hard, get rewarded for it type of company and I love that about it.

      Cons

      It's a sales environment, success is measured in numbers, but intangible skills can go overlooked. Needs more diversity in leadership/upper management.

      Commission structure is not as good as some other firms but if you value growth potential, that offsets things.

      You gain sales experience and learn a lot in the tech industry. Great culture and good training throughout, if you enjoy sales. Tons of networking

      Cons

      Meeting quotas, having to find new companies to work with every week/month can become dry after a while. Tons of pitching and selling recruiting services to get companies to work with you becomes exhausting at times. Cold calling. Meetings every Tuesday and Thursday which consist of role plays and repeated info that gets pointless after a while
