Pros
Majority of people they hired were great and easy to get along with. I've made a few really close friends that I still stay in touch with to this day. Downtown location close to the subway ?? that's it
Cons
Personally I wasn't treated that poorly and could of done exceptionally well here but moved onto bigger and better things.. thank god. Management is 95% men and are EXTREMELY sexist, rude, like to gossip, and only willing to help you if they see some kind of potential in you. I have seen and heard management yell at individuals many, many times to the point of making them cry. It's insanity. There's no real HR so everything kind of flies. They will FORCE you to cold call and NOT hang up until YOU are hung up on. Worst business practice how do they expect you to build any kind of relationships this way? Complete joke. Although management is making upwards of 150k + they can barely scrape together the money for any proper team events aside from going to the bar and getting drunk. When they order food for the office it's 2 pizzas. Team leads and mgmt will Skype each other gossiping and talking sh*t about other people when it's so obvious they are doing so. It was so easy to read their conversations through a quick computer trick. Smh. If you need a job out of college then fine this is an OKAY starting point but I do not suggest staying with this company long term. If you truly want to be in recruitment/talent acquisition work for a reputable agency like Raymond James, TEKsystems or even better work in house for a company like Shopify or any other software company. Oh.. and the pay was a disgrace. Made it impossible to make commission.
