Pros
I learned great skills that I have based my career on. The training and morning meetings were awesome!! Most of the people were great and really lived and breather by the lead by example model, which I highly respect.
Cons
The micro-managing was way too much plus the hours were way too long. At that time, they did not believe in a work/life balance, however, maybe by now it has changed. I totally burned out there.
