- Nice office - Decent co-workers - Good for an entry-level sales job You will fit right in if you have a specific 'bro' type of personality.

Cons

My overall advice is that if you're new to sales, want to enter the field, or just need some experience, this might be okay for you. For the long term though, it is not the kind of place you would like to grow in. Compensation is little and it can be a toxic environment. Also, the only 'support' provided is weird micro-managing sessions. They ask you everything. They want to know everything you're doing. It's a little invasive. Little to no social life outside of work either. It's quite draining. There's a reason there's a high turnover rate here.
