Career growth is very clear and performance-based. No politics, if you hit the numbers, you move up, simple as that. You’ll see people get promoted quickly if they’re performing, regardless of tenure. Everyone in leadership started in the same entry-level role, so there’s a lot of transparency around what it takes to succeed and grow.
