Overall I had a good experience working at Motion. I worked with tons of candidates across different verticals, and placing candidates was very rewarding. Hybrid schedule Great teammates Worked with top enterprise companies
Cons
Because of the way teams are structured, experiences can vary widely depending on the manager. Training was decent, but there's a lot of "figuring it out" as you go. Not much room for growth outside of Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, Manager. The company was just acquired by Kelly, so things could change. Low base pay Linear career progression Micromanagement
